Financial Forms Processing
- Developing and implementing a working knowledge of all standard operating procedures associated with core functions (including data entry, categorization, researching data, scan/review, form processing)
- Processing rule-based documents and other documents that may require problem-solving and minimal manual updates
- Performing repeatable, as well as nonstandard, processing functions while upholding - with the intent to exceed - existing quality standards
- Interacting with, and relying on the team for questions and problem-solving
- Conducting research on errors and determining preventative measures
- Researching complex participant benefit issues and providing resolution in accordance with due dates and documents processes
- Performing other duties as assigned
- 2+ years processing information where accuracy and attention to detail are essential
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively with stakeholders
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft applications with proficiency in Excel
- Experience using multiple software systems in a remote setting
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively
- The ability to be highly organized and capable of the administrative tasks needed for the role
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
Training:
- Monday - Friday | 8am - 5pm EST
- 3 - 4 weeks in length
- Equipment Provided
