Instant Teams is currently hiring Customer Service Agents to join a temporary project! These Customer Service Agents will assist Medicare-eligible retirees in selecting appropriate Medicare health plans. Customer Service agents will be responsible for making outbound calls, answering inbound calls pertaining to the status of an application or general customer inquiries, and more. You would be a great fit for this position if you have at least one year of customer service experience in a call center environment and knowledge of Medicare enrollments. These positions are 100% remote work from home, and the position is set to end in December 2025.
  • Making outbound and inbound calls to confirm, schedule, and reschedule participants’ appointments with Benefit advisors
  • Works with customers who have or do not have an enrollment with the account
  • Answer inbound calls pertaining to the status of an application or general customer inquiries
  • Respond to instant live chat requests from customers
  • Assist customers with website navigation and self-service options
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Must Haves
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to hardwire equipment and meet the required internet speeds (equipment provided)
  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a call center environment preferred
  • Knowledge of Medicare health, prescription drug plan, vision, and dental enrollment is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication and rapport-building skills
  • Experience and general comfort level using Microsoft Word, Excel, computer telephony, the internet, and computer tools
  • Active listening skills to understand both verbal and non-verbal cues
  • Ability to utilize research options
  • Confidence and resilience during challenging interactions
  • Ability to accurately document all conversations and actions taken
  • Possesses the ability to talk and type efficiently simultaneously
  • Ability to multitask across multi-functional work
  • On camera visibility during any meetings, trainings, or per leadership request
Training
  • Training length: 3 weeks
  • Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm EST
  • 100% mandatory with no time off approved
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Start Date: September 2nd - 15th, 2025 (Orientations will be held the week prior)
  • This is a seasonal position set to end in mid-December 2025. A portion of the team may have the opportunity to extend through January or later, but this is contingent upon performance and volume, and is not guaranteed.
  • Holidays: Thanksgiving Day (11/27), Christmas (12/25), and New Year's Day (1/1)
Training Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm EST | Monday - Friday
  • Approximately 3 weeks 
Post-Training Schedule:
  • TBD - between the hours of 8:00am -11:00pm EST | Monday - Friday
