The Executive Assistant position is a high-ownership, high-visibility, fully in-person role on the Instant Teams corporate team based in Southern Pines, NC, designed for a self-starter who sees what needs to be done and makes it happen.

This role blends executive support, revenue operations, and sales enablement. In this capacity, you act as a trusted extension of the Sales department leadership. Your primary mission is to provide high-level administrative partnership by managing priorities, timelines, and execution across all sales initiatives.

Essential functions:

Executive & Operational Support

  • Act as a trusted extension of the Sales and Marketing department leadership
  • Manage priorities, timelines, and execution across initiatives
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables through completion
  • Ensure follow-through, accountability, and clarity
  • Attend meetings and convert notes into actionable next steps
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between department leadership and key customer or community stakeholders, proactively managing relationships and ensuring a high-quality, consistent customer experience across all touchpoints.

Revenue, Marketing & Growth Operations

  • Support lead generation and follow-up across marketing and growth initiatives

  • Organize inbound and outbound leads and assist with funnel management
  • Help manage executive LinkedIn presence to support visibility and lead generation of multiple accounts
  • Coordinate content creation, scheduling, and engagement
  • Assist with CRM hygiene, reporting, and pipeline visibility

Required Education and Experience

  • 1-2 years Executive/Administration assistance experience (sales industry preferred)
  • Proven experience leveraging LinkedIn and other social media platforms in a professional setting to support networking, brand visibility, and engagement.

Preferred Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree 
  • Military-connected or eager to engage with the military community
  • CRM knowledge preferred

Schedule and Travel:

  • 9:00AM-5:00PM EST Monday-Friday
  • This is an IN-PERSON position in Southern Pines, NC
  • Some evenings and weekends needed for occasional events 
  • 10% travel required

    • This job requires computer use
    • Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment weighing up to 25 pounds  with or without reasonable accommodation
    • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during event setup, execution, and breakdown
    • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach as required for event preparation and teardown
    • Ability to push or pull carts, tables, or equipment
    • Ability to use hands and arms for handling, assembling, and positioning materials
    • Ability to work in indoor and outdoor event environments, including variable temperatures and uneven surfaces
    • Ability to maintain physical stamina to complete event-related tasks within required timeframes
